Directions
 From Clarksburg Start out going South on West Main Street toward South Sixth Street for 0.09 miles. Turn left onto South Sixth Street, and stay on it for 0.08 miles. You then turn left onto West Pike Street, and continue on that street for 0.10 miles. Turn right onto Broadus Street, and remain on it for 0.11 miles. You then merge onto US-50 E toward Bridgeport, and Bridgeport Physical Therapy Services will be on your right in 4.96 miles. We are located next to Rite Aid.
From Morgantown Take I-79 South towards Fairmont for approximately 27-30 miles. Once you pass Fairmont, take the US-50 East exit (exit number 119) towards Bridgeport. Turn left onto US-50 East, and continue on that road for approximately 1.6 miles. When you reach a three-way intersection, turn right at the stop sign and go down the hill. Once you cross the railroad tracks, take the immediate right into the parking lot of Rite Aid. From Buckhannon Start out going North on WV-20/North Locust Street towards Senior Drive. Continue to follow WV-20 for 20.82 miles. Merge onto I-79 North towards Clarksburg and stay on that road for 3.58 miles. Take the US-50 exit number 119 toward Clarksburg/Bridgeport and stay on there for 0.50 miles. Turn right onto US-50 East, and drive for 1.49 miles. We are located next to Rite Aid.  From Grafton Start out going East on US-119/W Main Street towards East Main Street for 0.02 miles. Turn left onto St. John Street for 0.11 miles. Turn left onto Adolphus Street/West Wilford Street, and continue on there for 0.13 miles. You then turn right onto Upper Wilford, and stay on that street for 0.19 miles. Turn right onto West Wilford Street/Market Street, and continue on that street for 0.02 miles. Turn left onto US-50, and drive for 15.21 miles. We are located next to Rite Aid. .
