Bridgeport Physical TherapyMike Martin
Mike Martin, PT, is co-owner of Bridgeport Physical Therapy Services. Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1981 from West Virginia University. He was employed as a staff Physical Therapist at United Hospital Center in 1981 and 1982. Mike worked as the Chief Physical Therapist at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon from 1982 to 1984. Mike has been in private practice since 1984. In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with this wife Kim and their four children Michael, Matt, Molly and Patrick. Mike also enjoys coaching youth sports, woodworking and running the Challenger Division of Bridgeport Little League for handicapped children along with his wife Kim. Mike is very active in the community and has received honors such as Harrison County Citizen of the Year in 2004 and the Michael Benedum Fellow award in 2005.



Bridgeport Physical TherapyJack Spatafore
Jack Spatafore, DPT, MS EXPH. Jack is co-owner of Bridgeport Physical Therapy. He is a 1991 graduate of Bridgeport High School. He received his Masters in Exercise Physiology in 1996 from WVU and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va. in 2001. He became partner with Mike Martin at Bridgeport Physical Therapy in 2005. He and his wife Maria live in Bridgeport and enjoy spending time with their three young children Olivia, Anthony and Jack. Jack is currently on the West Virginia Physical Therapy Board and is very active in continued education.




Bridgeport Physical TherapyChrista Randolph
Christa Randolph, MPT, graduated from West Virginia University with a Master of Physical Therapy Degree in 2005. She has also been certified by the Blankenship System as a Functional Capacity Evaluator, and by Performance Dynamics, Inc in the ASTYM system. Christa also serves as clinical instructor for Physical Therapy Assistant Students at Fairmont State University. She enjoys working with all populations and diagnoses to improve their quality of life. She and her husband Ben reside in Bridgeport and enjoy spending their time camping, boating and at WVU games.





Bridgeport Physical TherapyTracy Garavaglia
Tracy Garavaglia, MSPT, ATC is a 1998 graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. She is also a NATA Certified Athletic Trainer. She enjoys working with and treating a wide variety of diagnoses and people. Tracy resides in Bridgeport with her husband Rick and their two children.






Bridgeport Physical TherapyMarnie Clemens
Marnie Clemens PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT has been a physical therapist since 1992. After receiving her Psychology degree from Marshall and her Physical Therapy degree from WVU, she completed her Physical Therapy doctorate from Chatham University in Pittsburgh. Marnie is a board certified specialist in orthopedics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthpedic Manual Therapists, and a member of the APTA. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at WVU. She is also a clinical instructor and has developed and taught courses for other physical therapists and assistants.

Specializing in manual therapy and myofascial release, Marnie sees patients with orthopedic problems through and affiliation with Bridgeport Physical Therapy. She also has her own practice, Clemens Physical Therapy, PLLC, which specializes in chronic pain and women’s health and pelvic floor problems. Her website is www.clemenspt.com.
